Shipping Policy
You have to pay shipping costs (Delivery Charge) during every checkout. You will be also responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for every returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy
After placing, you will be able to cancel the order, and after receiving your order you will be able to cancel your order between the next 4 days from the delivery date, you can cancel your order via email, call, web chat, whatsapp.
Return / Exchange Policy
You have 4 (four) days to return / exchange a product from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return / exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your product must be in the original packaging.
Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (Invoice).
Refund Policy
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

We do no share your public profile information with third parties without your explicit consent. We employ industry - standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
